A true pioneer in the field of the Psychology of Nourishment, Esther Cohen is a master herbalist, gifted energy healer, registered dietitian, Bodytalk Practitioner and Cleanse specialist. Her dynamic, holistic approach to health, wellness, and healing integrates nutrition, western and eastern healing modalities, functional medicine, energy healing, herbalism, shamanism and a psycho-spiritual approach to disease and dysfunction.
Esther is dedicated to changing the consciousness surrounding the idea of nourishment. Her unique and dynamic perspective on nutrition encompasses the whole person – food, relationships, lifestyle, sense of purpose, and self-expression — essentially everything we take in. She educates and empowers her clients to create a life of true health, vitality and purpose by helping them evaluate all the areas in which they are struggling to nourish themselves. She believes that our unconscious belief systems manifest as symptoms and dysfunctions in our bodies and a large part of her work is dedicated towards helping her clients recognize their unconscious beliefs in order to change them.
Esther has a Masters in Science in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and is a functional medicine practitioner. In 2003, she earned her certification as an intuitive counselor from the National Institute of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
